BARCELONA IRTA TEST

WCM still trying everything to carry on racing through 2004

Still looking for the funding required for the 2004 MotoGP season WCM is at the Barcelona IRTA test with 19 year old Italian rising star Michel Fabrizio. The Roman is reigning European Superstock Champion and had his first ride on a MotoGP bike on Friday.

He enjoyed 34 trouble free laps and will continue to learn the bike through the three day test.

Fabrizio has the interest of a number of Italian sponsors and it is hoped that this funding will allow the WCM team to compete this year. If that happens it is quite likely that Chris Burns will ride alongside Fabrizio.
